Restaurateurs

Michela Larson
Rocca A founder of Community Servings, Michela began cooking for her nine brothers and sisters under the watchful eye of her Italian-born mother, Francesca Nadalini. Forever grateful to Mrs. Nadalini, Boston foodies have savored Michela's food for over 20 years. Since opening Rocca in 2007 with partners Gary Sullivan and Karen Haskell, Michela has been wowing the South End's discerning diners with food of the Italian Riviera-pesto, fresh fish, herbs, and handmade pastas. At every juncture of her career, Michela has steadfastly supported Community Servings and our sick clients, and we are forever grateful.

Carol-Ann Bond
Pie in the Sky Co-Chair
One day in 2001, Carol came across Community Servings in a search for a non-profit organization that her company could become involved with. Since then, Longfellow has made a financial contribution to Community Servings and closed its office the Tuesday before Thanksgiving so all associates can volunteer at Pie Central to pickup and deliver pies from bakers and to distribution sites. A committee co-chair since 2005, Carol-Ann is also the Pie in the Sky 2008 pie queen -- having sold the most pies with her husband, Chris, and raised over $17,000 for Community Servings.

Sponsors

Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has served as a title sponsor of Pie in the Sky. Brokers and managers from over 38 offices participate in Pie in the Sky by serving on the event planning committee, selling pies and acting as pick-up locations throughout Greater Boston. CBRB's financial support has provided thousands of meals for our clients, and their employee's and brokers' passion and dedication is unmatched.
