Restaurateurs

Mary-Catherine Deibel & Deborah Hughes
UpStairs on the Square You will find Deborah and Mary-Catherine mostly at the door and in and out of the kitchen of UpStairs on the Square-the Harvard Square gem known for its charming pastel colored walls and cozy fireplaces as much as for its exquisite seasonal menu and knowledgeable staff. LifeSavor began in the dining room of UpStairs on the Pudding, the restaurant's earlier incarnation. Since then, Deborah and Mary-Catherine have generously supported Community Servings by wowing LifeSavor diners, hosting fundraisers, providing our food service job trainees with tours of a restaurant kitchen in action, donating and delivering pies for Pie in the Sky, and serving on our Board of Mentors (Deborah) and Board of Directors (Mary-Catherine).

Pie Sellers/Table Captains

Revere High School
Pie Seller
About 25 Revere High School Students formed a team for the first time in 2008 to sell pies in support of Community Servings. Led by English teacher Kelly Andreoni, the Varsity Pie Team - which had t-shirts made to get into the spirit! - sold over 150 pies and raised nearly $4,000! That's enough for us to provide over 2 years' worth of meals for a sick and hungry neighbor.

Sponsors

Since 2001, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has served as a title sponsor of Pie in the Sky. Brokers and managers from over 38 offices participate in Pie in the Sky by serving on the event planning committee, selling pies and acting as pick-up locations throughout Greater Boston. CBRB's financial support has provided thousands of meals for our clients, and their employee's and brokers' passion and dedication is unmatched.
